Run the tape under the armpits around the fullest part of the chest, parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure at the narrowest part of the waist at belt level; do not pull the tape tight.
Inside leg
Measure along the inside of the leg from the crotch to the ankle.
If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for safety and freedom of movement. A tight fit is not recommended for protective clothing (EN ISO 11612).
